Since I was young, I’ve loved landscape and nature photography. I saved every dollar to buy my first “real” camera when I was in college – a Panasonic DMC FZ series. I did my best to capture the images that conveyed the stories of the beautiful places I traveled: from Alaska to Mexico, mountaintop icefields to underwater worlds of coral, to the nostalgia-inducing simple beauty of my hometown Midwestern cornfields. In my professional career, I’ve had the privilege to travel around the world to amazing places as well as continue to explore our amazing public lands and parks.
